• Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment.
• We provide upfront pricing before any work begins - no hidden fees.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

You may schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments by calling us or through our online form.

• 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellation without fee.
• Same-day cancellation may incur a diagnostic/trip fee.
• We will call to confirm appointments 24 hours in advance.
• Emergency service is available 24/7.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

We stand behind our work:

• Labor Warranty: 90 days on all repair work.
• Installation Warranty: 1 year on new system installations.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment covered by manufacturer warranty (typically 5-10 years).
• Warranty is void if equipment is modified by unauthorized parties.
• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

6. Limitation of Liability

American Air Control LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Damage resulting from customer failure to maintain equipment.
• Pre-existing conditions in ductwork or electrical systems.
• Delays caused by force majeure events.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
